December 20	Pajama Party during class time!
December 21-Jan 3	NO PRESCHOOL-Christmas Break!
January 4	School Resumes after break
January 17	NO PRESCHOOL-Unit 5 is closed due to Teacher Institute Day
February 14	Valentine's Day Parties 10:15/1:45
February 21,22	NO PRESCHOOL-Parent Teacher Conferences
March 10	Preschoolers will sing in the evening worship service for Lutheran Schools Week. Pizza Party after service.
March 27,28,29	NO PRESCHOOL-Spring Break!
April 5	Easter Egg Hunt for preschool children
May 10	Fun Day at Tipton Park (subject to weather)
May 17	Last Day of Preschool
May 18	Graduation

You will be notified if there are any calendar changes. On days when Unit 5 is scheduled to start one hour late due to teacher meetings, Shining Lights preschool will start at the regular time. Shining Lights Preschool will be closed anytime Unit 5 Schools are closed or delayed due to adverse weather conditions. If you hear Unit 5 is closed due to adverse weather conditions, then we will be closed. Shining Lights Preschool will contact WJBC (1230 AM) and NBC 25/HOI-19. You may also find the school closing information on these websites: www.wjbc.com and www.centralillinoisnewscenter.com. Shining Lights Preschool will also notify you by email about a cancellation unless there is a power failure.
